Here is the schedule for the 2012 EBB season.

Last year as a part of Education Before Basketball I selected a couple of community speakers to come in and tell their experiences and the importance of Education. This year I am working on Tina Martin from Channel 3 News and Susan Campbell from the Hartford Courant and few other speakers to come in and enlighten our young men on staying in school and what it takes to become successful.

Any parents interested in purchasing T-shirts for Education Before Basketball contact Jackie (Rafael’s Mom)and Cherice (Isaiah’s Mom) at practice on Friday.We are almost half way through the season and it is now time for the second installments for the second half of the season to be paid. Our uniforms, A.A.U. card and first three tournaments have been paid for and now we have two major tournaments that need to be paid for (Hall of Fame Classic in May and The Rumble in the Bronx in June) totaling $1,860.00 for two teams. It is very important that we take care of this things so that our young men can be exposed to the high level of competition that A.A.U. brings. Also the 2012 EBB schedule is up (we are looking to possibly doing our own tournament or raising funds to go to an eighth tournament in July).
