Education Before Basketball competed in the Mass Premier’s 7th Annual Boys Showcase this weekend and came out as the 2011 12U Pool A “Champions”. The weekend started off a little rough with EBB struggling in the 1st game losing 52-46 to the Mass Fusion after coming back from 15 points down.EBB picked it up in the 2nd game against MB Nation winning 48-27 ending the day at 1-1.Sunday morning started with EBB being aggressive on the defensive end and defeating the Franklin Panthers 57-24.By EBB winning this game EBB set up a rematch with Mass Fusion for the Championship in Pool A.EBB came out the gate strong again working hard on the defensive end coming out on top in the Championship game 46-35.

Attention Parents:
I have finalized the schedule for EBB for the 2011 season. I will be taking care of the last tournament for the season this upcoming week being played in Springfield, MA on July 8-10. Also,I have put the Kemba Walker Camp on the schedule,which is optional for those returning next season. The cost is $150.00 for EBB members. Education Before Basketball will also start a conditioning program for present and potentially new EBB participant’s within the next few months. I will not be attending anymore practices due too projects I am working on for next year’s program. If you have any questions,please fell free to call me at (860)888-9945. Also, I need to know what is the final decision on the award ceremony. I have looked at the budget and EBB will not have $500.00 to cover a down payment for Lake Compounce. We are nearing the end of our schedule and would like to clear up any and all balances as soon as possible. Also I would like to start preparing for our end of the season award ceremony. All coaches I would like to meet and evaluate this season and prepare for next year.
